This weekend I found myself spending time with lots of friends that I haven't seen in awhile and it was absolutely like a breath of fresh air. I had a bit of traveling to do to see it all, but not without a bag full of yarn and double pointed needles!
Here I am early in the morning on the 4th of July on my way to Long Island, coffee (all snug in a mug cozy!) in hand, ready to start a new pair of handwarmers. It was nice to be up and productive so early in the morning!
I even got some knitting done poolside in 90 degree weather!
Here I am on the car ride home, almost finished with this pair of purple and black hand warmers.
I'm really pleased that I was able to get so much done over the holiday weekend. I'll be able to get these out today!

You know you're a knitaholic when you see a 4 hour train ride and go, "Yes, knitting time!" So great to see you this weekend.
ReplyDeleteIt's pretty much impossible for me to knit outside when it's hot...I get all sweaty and icky.
